Your details.
A clear purpose.
How information submitted through this website is used. This notice covers our enquiry and email-update forms, rather than promotion entry records.
When you stay in the loop
We save your name and email address, the wording of your consent and when you gave it. These details are used for SafeDraw™ news, updates and newsletters when you choose to receive them. The consent box is not preselected.
Business and regulatory enquiries
When you contact us on behalf of an organisation, we save your name, email address, organisation, role, enquiry category, reason and message so the SafeDraw™ team can understand and respond. An enquiry does not subscribe you to newsletters. Please avoid including sensitive personal information, passwords or payment details.
Storage and email delivery
Form submissions are stored in the website’s private database. Resend is used to send a welcome message for a new subscriber, an acknowledgement for an enquiry, and a private notification to the SafeDraw™ team. Your submission stays saved if email delivery is delayed. The forms do not publish your details on the website.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from updates using the link in our emails. We keep an unsubscribe record to honour that choice. Making a business or regulatory enquiry is separate from subscribing to updates, and does not give permission for newsletter emails.
