SafeDraw™ is based in Queensland, Australia. You can read this website without an account or providing your name or email address.

This notice covers website subscriptions, enquiries and related records. This website does not take promotion entries or collect payment details. Promotions using the SafeDraw™ platform have their own terms and privacy information.

SafeDraw™ provides technical integration and result reveals, without maintaining a promotion entrant database. For information about an entry or how a promotion handles participant details, refer to the promoter’s terms and privacy information. Website newsletter and enquiry details are separate.

What we collect and why

  • Newsletter signup: your name and email address, plus a record of your consent and subscription preferences, so we can send the updates you choose.
  • Business and regulatory enquiries: the contact, organisation and message details you submit, so we can respond and follow up.
  • Service records: submission times, email-delivery information and technical request records used to operate and protect the website. Form protection uses a temporary identifier derived from your IP address.

Please only include information relevant to your enquiry. Do not submit passwords, identity documents or sensitive personal information. We do not sell website submissions or give our newsletter list to promoters for their own marketing.

Where information is handled

We use Vercel to host the website, Neon to store form and subscription records, and Resend to send emails. Our team and email service providers handle enquiries and related communications. Submissions are not published on the website.

The website database is configured in Sydney. Some hosting, email and support processing takes place overseas, including in the United States. We may also disclose relevant information where required by law.

Your newsletter choice

Newsletters are optional. The consent box is not preselected, and sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, or enter your email on the unsubscribe page. The website stops an existing subscription automatically. You do not need an account, password or a response from our team.

We keep consent and unsubscribe records to honour your preference. Unsubscribing stops marketing; it does not delete every record or prevent a reply to a separate enquiry you make.

Keeping information secure

We use encrypted connections, server-side access controls and form protection. The website has no advertising pixels or optional analytics scripts. Hosting and email providers still process technical and delivery records.

Subscription records are kept to deliver updates and record your choices. Enquiries and service records are kept for follow-up, administration and applicable legal requirements. Provider logs and backups follow their service retention arrangements. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
