In the SafeDraw™ instant-win experience described here, TPAL’s certified random number generator pre-allocates prizes to winning entry numbers before entries open. Those allocations stay fixed. SafeDraw™ provides the connection to the provider’s systems and the interactive result experience.

Regular draws.
Selected at draw time.
In a regular draw, eligible entries are collected into a pool. SafeDraw™ connects with TPAL’s Electronic Draw System to select winners at the scheduled draw time. There are no pre-allocated winning entry numbers to reveal as there are in instant win.

SafeDraw™ securely connects the provider’s technology with TPAL and presents the result to the customer. Its role is to move the process between systems and deliver the reveal, without holding a database of promotion entrants.

Independent generation.
Clear responsibilities.
SafeDraw™ connects the systems and presents the outcome. TPAL provides the random number generation. The promoter manages the promotion, including participant information, prize claims and the records it is required to keep.
Approval 1291 names TPAL’s Instant Win System, version 1.1. Approval 1224 names its Electronic Draw System, version 1. Each applies to the system named in the document, subject to its conditions. A system approval does not certify the whole promotion; the organiser remains responsible for its rules and how it runs the promotion.
