When a promoter explains who is involved and how a promotion works, you have a clearer basis for deciding whether to enter. You can check the rules, understand the result process and know where to turn if you need help.

The organiser, often called the promoter, is the business named in the terms and conditions. Start there for eligibility, entry limits, closing times, prize details and claim instructions. Save a copy of the terms so you can refer to them later.

The organiser is also your starting point for questions about an entry requirement, a prize claim or delivery. Some promotions have separate support teams, so follow the contact route published for that promotion.

SafeDraw^™ connects the systems

SafeDraw^™ connects promoter and provider systems, supports order fulfilment, calls TPAL for random number generation and presents interactive results with timestamped records. These functions help the parts of a promotion work together, from the connected systems to the result you see.

The same connection serves two different formats. Instant-win promotions provide a result during the promotion. Regular draws collect eligible entries for random selection at a stated draw time. The promotion’s terms explain which format applies and what you need to do next.

TPAL provides random number generation

TPAL provides the random number generation used by SafeDraw^™. Its Instant Win System, version 1.1, is named in approval 1291. Its Electronic Draw System, version 1, used for regular draws, is named in approval 1224.

Each approval applies to its named TPAL system. Explaining the correct system and its role gives entrants and reviewers a useful reference; the document is not an endorsement of an individual promotion or the entire SafeDraw^™ platform.

Use the published support route

If something is unclear, send the organiser the promotion name, your entry reference and a short explanation. A clear question gives the team a useful starting point.
